Uranium Division

Global Atomic’s holds 6 uranium exploration permits in the Republic of Niger, Tin Negouran 1, 2, 3, 4 and Adrar Emoles 3 & 4. Total area covered by the permits is 728.8 km2.

Four deposits on the concessions are:

Tin Negouran Deposit, 10 Mlbs U3O8
Dajy Deposit,  17 Mlbs U3O8
Isakanan Deposit,  34 Mlbs U3O8
DASA Deposit, >100 Mlbs U3O8

The DASA Deposit (Dajy Area Surface Anomaly) was discovered by Global Atomic geologists.  It is a Graben Hosted sandstone / roll front deposit of world class size and grade.

The DASA deposit is currently undergoing final drilling to define an initial open pittable area for mining.  It is expected that Global Atomic will apply for its Mining License for this project in early 2019.

Global Atomic signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Orano Mines Ltd. (formerly known as AREVA Mines Ltd.) in 2017, to supply uranium ore from DASA to its milling facility 80 kilometers north, in the town of Arlit.  It is expected that Global Atomic will begin shipping ore to Orano by early 2020.

Flagship Asset: 100% interest in DASA uranium deposit located in Niger.

Orano Group (formerly AREVA SA) – MOU signed related to ore sales and strategic development.

High grade resource:
– Indicated – 64.8 million pounds U3Oat 3,068 ppm
– Inferred – 48.4 million pounds U3O8 at 2,600 ppm

Near surface, near term cash flow potential: Phased production by 2020: no mill necessary to support initial operations.

Upside: DASA exploration and three additional deposits with defined resources.
